Despite watching countless episodes of This Old House growing up, Jordan never thought she would end up in this industry.

This changed in 2019 when she purchased a Detroit Land Bank Authority house off of the demolition queue in need of a full-gut rehab. Through this hands-on process, she fell in love with home renovations and construction.

Despite a very handy father, Jordan’s experience was limited until her first project, returning the 1910 home to its former glory featuring new, fully modern mechanicals.

Jordan has managed the residential construction project budgets totaling more than $2.6 million and public green space projects with budgets totaling more than $1.1 million.

Jordan is a licensed Michigan Residential Builder and a 2024 Seen Magazine Community Changemaker.
