RESIDENTIAL PROJECTS
Our first project that got us into the game. This house was pulled from the Detroit Land Bank Authority’s demolition queue and was fully gutted and renovated.
This house features brand new windows, doors, in-floor radiant heat and a boiler system, and spray foam insulation.
We transformed the four (4) bedrooms and one (1) bath into three (3) bedrooms and two and a half (2.5) with a custom-built walk-in closet in the primary suite.
The original hardwood floors were pulled up, cleaned, planed, and reinstalled.
This project totaled approximately a $200,000 investment, with a lot of sweat equity.

We had the privilege of working with the incredibly talented Allana Clarke to renovate her garage into a light and airy studio where she could work and create without having to leave her property.
We added two dormers for natural light, a brand new roof, insulated with closed-cell spray foam, drywalled, and installed new electrical as well as a a mini split heat pump for heating and cooling, and a heavy-duty exhaust fan to be used during her creative process.
We installed new garage and side doors, as well as brand-new siding to truly update the space.
